Our Tiny Growers have been very busy…
At Tiny Adventures, we believe some of the best learning happens with muddy hands and big smiles!
Our vegetable garden has become a hive of activity as the children have been busy planting, watering and caring for a wonderful selection of vegetables. Every day brings a new discovery, whether it’s spotting the first green shoots pushing through the soil, finding a friendly worm helping our garden grow, or noticing how much the vegetables have changed overnight.
Gardening is about so much more than growing food. It encourages curiosity, patience, responsibility and teamwork while helping children understand where food comes from and why it’s important to look after our environment. Along the way, we’ve been counting seeds, talking about what plants need to grow, learning new vocabulary and using all our senses to explore the world around us.
The excitement on the children’s faces when they see the results of their care is priceless. They’re incredibly proud of their garden and love sharing their achievements with their friends and practitioners.
We can’t wait to harvest our homegrown vegetables and enjoy tasting them together. There’s something very special about eating food you’ve grown yourself!
At Tiny Adventures, every seed planted is another opportunity to learn, explore and grow.
